Whether you are travelling, on business or pleasure, NAC2000 provides a service that simplifies air travel. Trained staff will accompany passengers through their airport experience, whether arrival, departure, or waiting for a connecting flight. This meet and assist service can be tailored to meet individual needs.

It may also include help when checking in or picking up luggage, and finding your way around the airport.

The welcome service is generally booked for arriving and connecting passengers. NAC2000 staff will meet the passenger right at the door of the aircraft or the entrance to the terminal with an individually designed welcome sign which may include the passenger’s name, company name, logo or some other previously arranged symbol.

The guest is then accompanied through the various checkpoints (security, passport control, and customs) and depending on the arrangements to their connecting flight, a lounge or the arrivals area.

Available to assist you at departure, we will support passengers at check-in, through immigration and accompany them to one of the lounges or the departure gate.
