NAC2000 considers Quality, Safety and Security to be an integral and essential part of the successful performance of every operational activity within the organization.

NAC2000 provides all the necessary resources to assure safety throughout the organization. This ensures that customers’ goods are properly handled, safely and securely delivered to their destination, and that the aviation system used for the transportation of goods is equally protected.

Because NAC2000 places a high premium on quality, safety and security, the Company chose to work to IATA standards and underwent auditing by ISAGO.NAC2000 is currently an ISAGO registered and certified  entity at both station and headquarters level, making it the first and only ground handling service provider with ISAGO certification in Zambia.

An important aspect to an organization is work place culture. Along with the ISAGO certification and / accreditation comes the ISAGO Culture. NAC2000 now has ISAGO culture and continues to improve by consistently holding quality and safety promotion activities. The NAC2000 work culture encourages and compliments change.

The quality and safety objective of the institution is to increase safety performance. This is done by setting performance targets and periodically reviewing actual performance against these targets.

 NAC2000 takes training as a form of investment which involves the promotion of policies and procedures that are beneficial to the employees and is aimed at bettering employee behavior with both internal and external clients. Part of the training and learning process includes the latest knowledge on human error and performance. Aviation systems are so complex and integrated that it is nearly impossible to perform many tasks without substantial technical and/safety training. NAC2000 Safety training practices equip the employees with capabilities needed to handle their tasks safely and competently, safety training in turn serves as a vital and important factor in reducing workplace incidents.
